Let The Beatings Commence….
Tamara is not in a good mood.
You see, Tamara Blackwood is a proud African-American. So when she heard about the incident up in Boston, and the fact that a little boy died, it upset her.
What you see here is her weapon of choice, should she get her hands on those that perpetrated that act of cowardice. She plans to let them taste her whip until it tears flesh from the bone. For every victim, Tamara is going to strike the culprits two times.
(Don't forget that Tamara is actually the demoness Lady Watamaraka in human disguise. So this demoness is going to enjoy this every second.)

This is a tame way of expressing what I would do if I were to have five minutes with the jackasses that planted those bombs up in Boston. I asked Ultrafem to sketch this out for me. It is vent art, in a sense.

…Ghetto Librettos are only read by the Mexican servant class. They are called "sensacionales" in Mexico, but I chose to use the Ghetto Libretto term because it is more descriptive of what they are about. Ghetto Librettos are distributed weekly through the Mexican news stands as a small format, cheap form of entertainment for the male Mexican working class. Some of them are meant for the female reader, but those rely more in the melodrama than in depictions of sex. And today, the only comicbooks available in Mexico for children are imported from the north. It didn't use to be like that.
Ghetto Librettos can be purchased in a secondhand magazine stand by five a dollar. The second story I told was first mentioned in a book Daniel Raeburn wrote on the subject. It is relevant to mention Dan's work which called the attention of the US public to Ghetto Librettos; they are largely ignored by almost everyone in Mexico, even the people that read them.
